They will wrap up 2023 with a road trip to face off against the Zanesville Blue Devils at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.
Philo pushed their score all the way to 62 on Friday, but even that wasn't enough to win. They fell to Lakewood 68-62.
Despite the defeat, Philo got a solid performance out of Drew Wright, who dropped a double-double on 23 points and 18 rebounds. Those 18 rebounds set a new season-high mark for him. Cooper Radcliffe was another key contributor, scoring 21 points along with five rebounds.
