For Tiverton's part, Liliana Luis was a major factor no matter where she played. She looked comfortable on the mound, striking out nine batters over three innings while giving up no earned runs or hits (and only one walk). Those nine strikeouts gave Luis a new career-high. She was also big at the plate, going a perfect 2-for-2 with three RBI and one run.
