Meanwhile, High Point Baptist Academy scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Tuesday. They were the clear victor by a 71-49 margin over Conestoga Christian. The contest was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 38-15.
Mason Rogers was his usual excellent self, dropping a double-double on 27 points and 20 rebounds. Those 27 points set a new season-high mark for him. Another player making a difference was Nehemiah Seifert, who scored 16 points along with six rebounds.
Coventry Christian bumped their record down to 0-4 with that defeat, which was their third straight at home. As for High Point Baptist Academy, the victory makes it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 3-1.
Coventry Christian came up short against High Point Baptist Academy when the teams last played back in January, falling 49-45.
