Chapelgate Christian Academy lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Justin Davis, who posted 14 points in addition to six rebounds and four steals. He is on a roll when it comes to steals, as he's now grabbed two or more in each of the last six games he's played dating back to last season. The team also got some help courtesy of Jordan Grant, who had 13 points and seven boards.
Leading New Hope Academy Regional to victory were Legend Wylie and Ade Jiles. Wylie went 8-for-13 en route to 21 points, while Jiles shot 57% from the field on his way to 18 points. The last time Jiles' field goal percentage was this high was back in January. Another player making a difference was Amari Wright, who put up four points along with nine assists and five rebounds.
The victory got New Hope Academy Regional back to even at 2-2.
