Palm Beach Lakes had a senior duo take command as Christopher Holmes rushed for 159 yards and three touchdowns on only ten carries and Anthony Palmer gained 132 total yards and two touchdowns. Holmes' longest rush was for an incredible 80 yards. Another player making a difference was Quentin Williams, who threw for 99 yards and two touchdowns while completing 75% of his passes.
Forest Hill won a matchup that couldn't have been any closer in their previous meeting back in November of 2020, slipping by Palm Beach Lakes 27-26. One of the biggest obstacles trying to stand in the way of that victory was Palm Beach Lakes' Antonio Outler, who rushed for 172 yards and two touchdowns while picking up 7.2 yards per carry.
