In what's become a running theme this season, the Robinson Knights gave their fans yet another huge victory on Friday. They blew past Freedom 60-15 on the road. The contest was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 33-8.
Robinson's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Natalie Ashburn, who scored 15 points along with five blocks. Ashburn is on a roll when it comes to blocks, as she's now posted two or more in the last five games she's played. Another player making a difference was Annie Keith, who scored 19 points along with six rebounds and two steals.
The victory makes it two in a row for Robinson and bumps their season record up to 15-9. As for Freedom, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-19.
Robinson will be staying on the road on Monday to face off against the Storm at 7:00 p.m. on February 5th. Chamberlain will be looking to extend their current three-game winning streak. As for Freedom, they will face off against the Yellow Jackets at TBD on Monday. Blake is coming into the contest on a five-game losing streak.
