After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Northwood Academy, Porter-Gaud was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They took their game with ease, bagging a 57-8 victory over the Cardinal Newman Cardinals. With that win, the Cyclones brought their scoring average up to 28.2 points per game.
Amir Chisolm had a dynamite game, rushing for 206 yards and two touchdowns on only seven carries. Scott Tibbals was another key player, rushing for 32 yards and one TD.
