The Triplains/Brewster Titans scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Friday. They strolled past Weskan with points to spare, taking the game 43-27. The win was a breath of fresh air for Triplains/Brewster as it put an end to their four-game losing streak.
Kenlee Mackley had an outrageously good game as she dropped a double-double on 18 points and 15 rebounds. She hasn't dropped below nine rebounds for three straight games. Another player making a difference was Lacey Bergsten, who scored eight points along with eight rebounds.
Triplains/Brewster's victory bumped their record up to 3-10. As for Weskan, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 2-11.
Triplains/Brewster won't have much time to rest: their next game is against the at 11:00 a.m. on February 3rd. Hopefully Logan/Palco focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up nine on Friday. Weskan is on the road again on Tuesday and plays the Bobcats at 5:00 p.m. on February 6th.
