Olney had lost four games on the road, but after bumping their record up to 5-5 on Monday that streak is in the rearview. They were the clear victors by a 22-11 margin over the Abraham Lincoln Railsplitters. The Trojans might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won four games by ten runs or more this season.

As for Abraham Lincoln, their defeat was their first in the conference, dropping their conference record down to 7-1 and their overall record down to 10-3. The loss continues a trend for them in their meetings with Olney: they've now lost nine in a row.

For Abraham Lincoln's part, they got a massive performance out of Joshua Hernandez-Mercedes, who got on base in all four of his plate appearances with three stolen bases, three runs, and two RBI. Another player making a difference was Sebastian Perez, who went 3-for-4 with two stolen bases, three RBI, and two runs.

Olney wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next match, a 13-3 win against South Philadelphia on the 29th. As for Abraham Lincoln, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 16-1 victory against String Theory on the 29th.
