Frankenmuth won the last time they faced Bridgeport and things went their way on Friday too. The Frankenmuth Eagles enjoyed a cozy 56-39 win over the Bridgeport Bearcats. The Eagles' victory was nothing new given the team hasn't lost yet this season.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Frankenmuth to victory, but perhaps none more so than Ethan Edwards, who posted 12 points and five rebounds. Lleyton Hoard was another key player, putting up seven points and eight rebounds.

Frankenmuth smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 13 offensive rebounds. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least eight offensive boards in four consecutive games.

Frankenmuth's win bumped their record up to 4-0. As for Bridgeport, their defeat was their third straight at home, which dropped their record down to 0-5.

Frankenmuth will take on Corunna in a holiday battle at at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. Frankenmuth is facing Corunna at the right time seeing as Corunna is stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Bridgeport, a feisty cat fight will be fought when the Bridgeport Bearcats take on the Nouvel Catholic Central Panthers at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
