The biggest upset of the week belonged to St. Stephen's Episcopal, who took down 499th ranked Evangelical Christian, 35-19. Herman Israelsson ran for 277 yards in the win.
Moore Haven extended the longest winning streak in 2A District 6 this week by beating Neumann, 35-21. The victory was the seventh in a row for the Terriers.
The Falcons' offense was tough to stop this week, as it produced the league's top passer, rusher and receiver. Sam Dages threw for 42 and one touchdown and Tim Nutter had 32 yards receiving. Cam Tally helped St. Stephen's Episcopal's passing attack out by catching one ball for 10 yards.
On the ground, St. Stephen's Episcopal's Israelsson has rushed for 998 yards which leads the league. The leading receiver in the league this season is Ryan O?rourke. The Neumann star has 19 catches for 470 yards.
Israelsson of the Tod Creneti's team is only two yards short of surpassing 1,000 rushing yards for the season.
A big matchup in the league this week will be when Out-of-Door Academy takes on First Baptist Academy. The Thunder are in fifth place, while the Lions are in first place.
First Baptist Academy took down Solid Rock Christian 45-0 last week, the largest margin of any game. Jonah Bueltel threw for 13 yards and one touchdown, ran for 93 yards and caught one passes for 16 yards in the win.
