This season hasn't been kind to the Bonita Springs Bullsharks, who are still winless after their sixth contest. They were dealt a 72-30 loss at the hands of Riverdale on Thursday. Bonita Springs was given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Riverdale apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in January.
Jamar Underwood was his usual excellent self, scoring 20 points along with 5 assists for Riverdale. Another player making a difference was Destin Bess, who scored 13 points.
Bonita Springs bumped their record down to 0-6 with that defeat, which was their fourth straight on the road. As for Riverdale, their victory bumped their record up to 3-4.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Bonita Springs will be staying on the road on Friday to face off against Estero at 7:30 p.m. on December 8th. Hopefully Estero focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 19 on Tuesday. As for Riverdale, they will head out on the road to face off against Moore Haven at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
