The Northside Christian Mustangs scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Monday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Indian Rocks Christian 69-34 at home. Northside Christian has made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won five games by 27 points or more this season.
Northside Christian got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Sydney White out in front who scored 20 points along with eight rebounds and three steals. As a matter of fact, that's the most points White has scored all season. Sofia Rodriguez was another key contributor, scoring 14 points along with five assists and five steals.
Several Eagles players turned in solid performances, despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Kayleigh Atkinson, who scored 17 points along with four steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Makayla Kennedy, who scored 11 points.
Northside Christian's win bumped their record up to 9-5. As for Indian Rocks Christian, they now have a losing record at 9-10.
