North Andover will challenge Dracut on the road at Beaudry Field- Senior Night at 7:00 PM on Friday. North Andover don't have the home-field advantage, but they do enjoy an advantage in the MaxPreps rankings.
Last Friday, North Andover put the finishing touches on their 3rd blowout victory of the season. They steamrollered Chelmsford 37-0. The victory was familiar territory for North Andover, who now have five in a row.
After a string of three wins, Dracut's good fortune finally ran out. They have to be aching after a bruising 7-35 defeat to Acton-Boxborough. Dracut were down by 7-28 at the end of the third quarter, which was just too much to recover from.
North Andover took their match against Dracut the last time the two teams met by a conclusive 35-7 score.
