Hartford Central suffered their biggest loss yet this season on Friday. They ended up on the wrong side of a tough 66-40 walloping at the hands of Lake George. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat Hartford Central has suffered against Lake George since December 4, 2018.
Argyle's defeat ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 7-2. As for Hartford Central, they now have a losing record at 5-6.
Argyle strolled past Hartford Central in their previous matchup back in December of 2023 by a score of 69-52. The rematch might be a little tougher for Argyle since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
