The Winchester Community Golden Falcons will take on the Hagerstown Tigers at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Winchester Community's defense has only allowed 13.5 points per game this season, so Hagerstown's offense will have their work cut out for them.
Hagerstown will be up against a hot Winchester Community squad: the team just extended their winning streak to three. The Golden Falcons came out on top against Tri by a score of 22-14 on Friday. Surprisingly, this marked the Golden Falcons' fourth straight game in which the away team has come away the victor.

Aidan Weatherhead produced another solid performance rushing for 181 yards and one score while picking up 7.9 yards per carry, and also picking up 46 receiving yards and one touchdown. That's the most rushing yards he has posted since back in October of 2024. Another player making a difference was Caleb Hummel, who rushed for 70 yards and one TD.
They were just one part of a punishing run game: Winchester Community was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 261 rushing yards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now rushed for at least 224 rushing yards in three consecutive games.
Meanwhile, after a string of three wins, Hagerstown's good fortune finally ran out on Friday. They came up short against Shenandoah, falling 48-27. While the Tigers didn't get the win, they did start the game off strong, beating the Raiders 7-0 in the first quarter.
Winchester Community will need to focus on slowing down Lincoln Small, one of several Hagerstown players who made an impact when they last played. He rushed for 111 yards and one score on only 15 carries.
Hagerstown's defeat dropped their record down to 3-3. As for Winchester Community, their victory bumped their record up to 5-1.
Friday's contest might be decided on the ground. Winchester Community has been unstoppable on the ground this season, having averaged 223.2 rushing yards per game. However, it's not like Hagerstown struggles in that department as they've been averaging an even more impressive 227.2 rushing yards. There's a good chance Friday's matchup turns into a tough fight on the ground.
