Latta's offense came in ready to rumble, picking up 42 points in the first half. Meanwhile, Creek Bridge couldn't get anything going offensively, leaving the score at 42-0 heading into the break. Latta were outperformed in the second half 0-6 but had enough in reserve to walk away with the win. The victory bumped their record up to 2-1. Creek Bridge are still searching for that first win as they fell to 0-4.
Latta will stay at home next week against Kingstree at 7:30 PM. Creek Bridge will be staying on the road, facing off against Aynor. Creek Bridge come in off of 4 low-scoring performances in a row, a trend the team is obviously eager to reverse.
