Sunset got a massive performance out of Josue Martinez, who went a perfect 4-for-4 with two stolen bases, two runs, and two RBI. Those four hits gave Martinez a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Aaron Chavez, who went 2-for-4 with three runs, one triple, and one double.

Diego Wong made a splash no matter where he played. He looked comfortable on the mound, striking out seven batters over 5.1 innings while giving up three earned runs off six hits (and only one walk). He has been consistent: he hasn't given up more than one walk in six consecutive appearances. He was also big at the plate, going 2-for-4 with one home run. That home run was his first of the season.
