The third road contest was the charm for the Clinton Christian Academy Patriots, as they earned their first road win of the season. They came out on top against Heritage Academy by a score of 56-45 on Friday.
Clinton Christian Academy was led to victory by Parker Lowe and Jared Wisniewski. Lowe scored 12 points, while Wisniewski scored 18 points along with 5 rebounds and 4 steals. The game was Wisniewski's sixth in a row with at least ten points. Matthew Hansen was another key contributor, scoring 8 points.
Clinton Christian Academy's win bumped their record up to 3-5. As for Heritage Academy, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-3.
Clinton Christian Academy will head out on the road to face off against Heartland at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. Heartland will be looking to extend their current four-game winning streak. Heritage Academy will be home for the holidays to greet Crosspoint Christian at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
