The team  relied heavily on  Charlie Martz, who  scored two  runs and  stole a base while going 2-for-2. The team also got some help courtesy of  Jaden Nazar, who  went 2-for-3 with two  RBI.
 Sickles  hit smart and  finished the game with only two  strikeouts. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Plant struck out seven times.
Meanwhile, East Bay came up short against Spoto on Thursday and fell  6-3. The Indians have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
East Bay also got a good showing from  Ryder Patterson, who   pitched 2.2 innings while giving up just one earned run off   one  hit. What's more,  Patterson posted three  strikeouts, the most he's  had since back in February.
 At the plate, East Bay saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was  Rory Beauford, who  scored a  run while going 2-for-3.
 Sickles' victory was  their ninth straight on the road, which  pushed their record up to 14-5. The  wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as  they  averaged 10.3 runs over those games. As for East Bay, their loss dropped their record down to 8-10.
