Liberty County and Altha are an even 5-5 against one another since December of 2018, but not for long. The Liberty County Bulldogs will be home for the holidays to greet the Altha Wildcats at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. The timing is sure in Liberty County's favor as the squad sits on four straight wins at home while Altha has been banged up by nine consecutive losses on the road dating back to last season.
Last Wednesday, even if it wasn't a dominant performance, Liberty County beat Wakulla 33-29.
Gabriella Flowers continued her habit of posting crazy stat lines, scoring 19 points. Another player making a difference was Caleigh Peddie, who scored eight points.
Meanwhile, Altha was beaten by Aucilla Christian 50-13 on Thursday. Altha has struggled against Aucilla Christian recently, as their contest on Thursday was their fourth consecutive lost matchup.
Liberty County's victory bumped their record up to 7-2. As for Altha, their loss dropped their record down to 1-8-1.
