With a playoff win on the line, Buffalo Gap rose to the challenge on Thursday. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Surry County Cougars. The Bison not only won on Thursday, but they posted their biggest win since August 28th (when they won 3-0).

Buffalo Gap is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matches. That's provided a massive bump to their 6-16 record this season. As for Surry County, they now have a losing record of 11-12.

Coming up, Buffalo Gap will face off against Luray at 6:00 p.m. on Saturday. Surry County does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
