Several Wildcats players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Madison Wells, who scored four points along with three steals. Cadie Nickel was another key contributor, scoring eight points along with seven rebounds.
Hi-Line [Eustis-Farnam/Elwood]'s win bumped their record up to 2-18. As for Axtell, they have been struggling recently as they've lost 12 of their last 13 contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 2-16 record this season.
Hi-Line [Eustis-Farnam/Elwood] will be playing at home against the Buffaloes at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Elm Creek is looking to tack on another W to their six-game streak on the road. As for Axtell, they will square off against the Raiders at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
