Despite the loss, Harding Academy got a solid performance out of Emory Miller, who scored eight points. Erica McGary was another key contributor, scoring three points along with 11 rebounds and three steals.
Meanwhile, Lausanne Collegiate's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Tuesday after their fourth straight loss. They took a 68-62 hit to the loss column at the hands of First Assembly Christian. Lausanne Collegiate has struggled against First Assembly Christian recently, as their matchup on Tuesday was their fourth consecutive lost matchup.
Harding Academy's defeat ended a 14-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 10-8. As for Lausanne Collegiate, they dropped their record down to 6-7 with that loss, which was their third straight at home.
Harding Academy was able to grind out a solid win over Lausanne Collegiate in their previous meeting on January 9th, winning 38-28. Will Harding Academy repeat their success, or does Lausanne Collegiate have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
