Concord found a leader in Taylor White as the team took down Shirley on Thursday. White went a perfect 2-for-2 with two stolen bases, two runs, and one double, good enough for us to rate the performance as the best she's had all season long. She is on a roll when it comes to stolen bases, as she's now snagged at least one in each of the last four games she's played.

Coming up, White and Concord will face off against Viola at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Pirates got just the result they wanted when they last faced the Longhorns thanks in part to White: she got on base in three of her four plate appearances with two stolen bases and three runs.
