Marcus-Meriden-Cleghorn (Marcus, Iowa) extended its winning streak to nine games with a 53-0 victory over Kingsley-Pierson (Kingsley, Iowa) on Saturday.
After taking the lead on a touchdown run in the first quarter, the Eagles led 40-0 at the half.
Marcus-Meriden-Cleghorn expanded its lead to 47 points entering the fourth quarter. MMC scored once in the quarter on a touchdown run.
The Marcus school entered the contest giving up 23.8 points per game this year.
