There's no place like home for Benton, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Thursday. They blew past the Towanda Black Knights 11-5 on Monday. Considering the Tigers have won five contests by more than five runs this season, Monday's blowout was nothing new.

Benton's victory was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 8-5. The home wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.3 runs on average over those games. As for Towanda, their loss ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 8-7.

Benton wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next matchup, a 7-0 defeat against Millville on the 8th. As for Towanda, they have also already played their next game, a 9-0 victory against Williamson on the 8th.
