The New Salem Holsteins will head out on the road to take on the Mandaree Warriors at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are ranked near one another in North Dakota (New Salem is ranked 68th, while Mandaree is ranked 91st).
Last Monday, New Salem came up short against Flasher and fell 46-37.
Mandaree suffered their biggest defeat yet this season on Saturday. They were dealt a 75-26 loss at the hands of Central McLean [Turtle Lake-Mercer/Underwood/McClusky]. Mandaree has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
New Salem has been struggling recently, as they've lost three of their last four contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 7-8 record this season. As for Mandaree, their loss dropped their record down to 6-9.
