Football Recap: Tuttle Picks Up 14th Straight Win at Home

Tuttle extended their postseason success on Friday against Bethany. They never let the Bethany Bronchos onto the board and left with a 24-0 win. The Tigers might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 12 matches by 21 points or more this season.

Tuttle's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Cruz Campbell, who threw for 171 yards and three touchdowns on only 11 passes. Shawn Rounsaville Jr helped Campbell out on the ground, rushing for 168 yards.

Tuttle was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 225 rushing yards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now rushed for at least 160 rushing yards in four consecutive contests.

Tuttle didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of Jett Mccoy and Tyreese Gonzalez.

Tuttle pushed their record up to 13-0 with the victory, which was their 14th straight at home dating back to last season. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 33.6 points. As for Bethany, with the defeat, they broke their six-game winning streak and moved their record to 10-3.

Tuttle will challenge Elgin at 1:00 p.m. on December 14th. Elgin knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 31 points or more in their past 12 games -- so hopefully Tuttle likes a good challenge. Bethany does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
