The Valley Forge Baptist Academy Patriots's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Tuesday after their fourth straight loss. They had to suffer through a rough 75-33 loss at the hands of Jenkintown. Valley Forge Baptist Academy was in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 44-12.
Jenkintown was led to victory by James Callas and Tommy Walsh. Callas scored 14 points along with five rebounds and two steals, while Walsh scored 20 points along with nine rebounds and six assists. Callas' trending in the right direction, as he's improved his point production for three games straight. Another player making a difference was Kareem Jackson, who scored 15 points.
Valley Forge Baptist Academy's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Jenkintown, their win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 8-5.
Valley Forge Baptist Academy will take on Kimberton Waldorf at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Jenkintown, they will head out on the road to challenge The Christian Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
