The Mars Fightin' Planets scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Tuesday. They walked away with an 85-73 victory over North Hills. Winning may never get old, but Mars sure is getting used to it with their fourth in a row.
Ryan Ceh was his usual excellent self, shooting 4-for-7 from long range and dropping a double-double on 34 points and 17 rebounds. That makes it eight consecutive games in which he has scored at least 25% of Mars' points. Another player making a difference was Austin Campbell, who shot 4-for-5 from deep and dropped a double-double on 14 points and ten assists.
Mars' win bumped their record up to 6-4. As for North Hills, they now have a losing record at 4-5.
Mars will head out on the road to face off against West Allegheny at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for North Hills, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Moon Area at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Moon Area presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than North Hills in Pennsylvania (Moon Area is ranked 42nd, while North Hills is ranked 226th).
