The Millville Quakers will challenge the Northwest Area Rangers at 4:30  p.m.  on Tuesday. Millville is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 11  runs per game  this season.
The home team had won the previous four meetings between Millville and Neumann Regional Academy, and Neumann Regional Academy kept the tradition alive. The Quakers fell just short of the Golden Knights by a score of  6-5 on Thursday.
 Millville saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was  Evan Brokenshire, who  went 1-for-3 with two  runs and one  stolen base.
 Meanwhile,  after some red-hot attacks at the plate in their last seven games, Northwest Area finally came back down to earth  on Sunday. They fell  3-0 to MMI Preparatory School. The  matchup marked the first time this season in which the Rangers were not able to get on the board.
 Northwest Area's loss  ended  a  five-game streak of away wins  and  brought them to 9-4. As for Millville, their defeat dropped their record down to an identical 9-4.
The batters for both teams will have to hit smart  on Tuesday as both have some strikeout artists on the roster. Millville has been retiring batters left and right this season,  having  averaged 7.2  strikeouts per game. However, it's not like Northwest Area struggles in that department as   they've been averaging 7.5  strikeouts. Considering how easily both teams rack up Ks, the hitters on both teams better bring their A-game into this one.
