There's no place like home for The Plano Reapers, who bounced back after a tough loss on the road last Friday. They blew past Marengo 48-21 at home. The result was nothing new for Plano, who have now won three matchups by 27 points or more so far this season.
Waleed Johnson was on fire: he rushed for 240 yards and four touchdowns on only 15 carries. Johnson's longest rush was for an incredible 72 yards. The team also got some help courtesy of Armando Martinez, who rushed for 146 yards and two touchdowns on only 12 carries.
Plano now has a winning record of 5-4. As for Marengo, their loss was their third straight on the road, which dropped their overall record down to 4-5.
Plano does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Marengo is also done with their season.
