Castle Park gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener on Thursday. They blew past the Gompers Prep Academy Eagles 58-31. The Trojans not only won on Thursday, but they posted their biggest win since January 10th (when they won 55-23).

This is the second loss in a row for Gompers Prep Academy and nudges their season record down to 0-2.

Castle Park and Gompers Prep Academy will both get a bit of extra prep time before their next contests. The next time the Trojans see the court they'll take on Southwest SD at 6:30 p.m. on December 9. As for Gompers Prep Academy, their break will end when they face Del Lago Academy at 5:00 p.m. on December 1.
