The Canton Warriors won the last time they faced the Galeton Tigers, and things went their way  on Saturday too. Canton managed a  43-38 win over Galeton. That  43-38 margin sets a new team best for Canton this season.
 Canton got their  win on the backs of several key players, but it was  Ben Fitch out in front who  dropped  a double-double on 14 points and 16  rebounds. The  contest was  Fitch's fourth in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of  Brayden Vroman, who  scored 11 points along with eight  rebounds and three  blocks.
 Several Tigers players turned in solid performances, despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was   Braiden Cimino, who  scored 11 points along with five  rebounds.  Zach Pagano was another key contributor,  scoring ten points along with three  steals.
 The  win  makes it two in a row for Canton and  bumps their season record up to 2-2. As for Galeton, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-1.
 Both  teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Canton will be staying on the road  on Wednesday to face off against Towanda at 7:30  p.m.  on December 13th. As for Galeton, they will  face off against Cameron County at 6:00  p.m.  on Monday. Cameron County presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than Galeton in Pennsylvania (Cameron County is ranked 29th, while Galeton is ranked 374th).
