Stratford lost despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being Donelle Crawford, who scored 11 points along with five rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Crawford has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of Nizhier Baldwin, who scored 12 points along with two steals.
Leading Cane Bay to victory were Jarvis Roper JR. and Isaac Smalls. Roper JR. scored 14 points along with eight rebounds, while Smalls scored 13 points along with three steals. Another player making a difference was Landon Davis, who scored seven points along with three steals.
Stratford has been struggling recently, as they've lost 11 of their last 13 contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 7-16 record this season. As for Cane Bay, their win was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 15-8.
Stratford will take on Wando at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Cane Bay, they will head out on the road to face off against Goose Creek at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
