Midland Christian's loss dropped their record down to 3-2. As for Southwest Christian School, their win bumped their record up to 5-0.
Southwest Christian School was dealt a bruising 35-8 defeat at the hands of Midland Christian in their previous meeting back in October of 2024. That contest was all but decided by halftime, at which point the Eagles were down 21-0.
