Riverdale Christian was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They received a blow as they fell 64-45 to the Avenal Buccaneers. One positive for the Ambassadors, at least, is that this was the most points they've scored all season.

Riverdale Christian's defeat dropped their record down to 1-6. As for Avenal, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 4-7.

Riverdale Christian didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 46-35 victory against Laton on the 28th. As for Avenal, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 42-31 loss against Woodlake on the 28th.
