On Thursday, Hughson kept a clean sheet against Hilmar. They walked away with a 2-0 win over Hilmar. Winning may never get old, but Hughson sure is getting used to it with their third in a row.
Ceasar Ramos was the driving force of Hughson's attack as he scored all three of Hughson's goals With that big game, he's now up to three scores this season.
Hughson pushed their record up to 9-9 with that win, which was their fifth straight on the road. As for Hilmar, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 3-11-2.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Hughson on the road again on Tuesday and play against Ripon at 6:00 p.m. on January 23rd. Ripon has not scored a goal the last four times they've played, a trend they'll try and put an end to. As for Hilmar, they will head out on the road to take on Livingston at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
