The win got McLeod back to even at 6-6. As for Maud, they have not been sharp recently, as they've lost four of their last five contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-5 record this season.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. McLeod will have some time to savor their victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Bowie at 5:00 p.m. on December 12th. As for Maud, they will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Winona at 5:00 p.m.
