Canton Central Catholic's defeat ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 4-3. As for Ottawa-Glandorf, their win was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 7-0.
Canton Central Catholic will finish 2023 at home by hosting Aquinas at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Hopefully Aquinas focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 17 last Friday. Ottawa-Glandorf will wrap up 2023 with a road trip to face off against Lima Central Catholic at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday. Lima Central Catholic will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps Ohio Rankings (they are ranked 66th, while Ottawa-Glandorf is ranked tenth).
