After having lost a blowout in their previous game against St. Francis Borgia, Pacific was happy to have turned things around on Wednesday. They blew past the Parkway West Longhorns 7-1. The result was nothing new for the Indians, who have now won ten games by six runs or more so far this season.
Pacific's victory was truly a team effort as six different players contributed at least one hit. One of them was Gavin Haddox, who went 2-for-4 with two RBI and one run. That's the most RBI Haddox has posted since back in April. Another was Hagen Hassell, who went 2-for-3 with one run and one double.
Pacific has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 12 of their last 13 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 18-3 record this season. As for Parkway West, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 6-22.
