In what's become a running theme this season, the Carver A&T Wildcats gave their fans yet another huge win on Monday. They were the clear victor by a 52-30 margin over Catholic. The victory was just what Carver A&T needed coming off of a 72-22 loss in their prior matchup.
Carver A&T found their leader in underclassman Elisah Guity, who scored 25 points. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Guity has scored all season. Laila Brandon was another key contributor, scoring ten points.
Carver A&T's win bumped their record up to 7-5. As for Catholic, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-3.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Carver A&T will take on Catonsville at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Catonsville has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games. As for Catholic, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Indian Creek at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
