The New Life Camp Storm put another one in the bag on Thursday to keep their perfect season alive. They blew past DASH 67-43. Given New Life Camp's advantage in MaxPreps' North Carolina basketball rankings (they are ranked 102nd, while DASH is ranked 228th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.
Despite the defeat, DASH saw an underclassman step up: Jason Judd scored 18 points. The contest was Judd's sixth in a row with at least ten points.
New Life Camp's win bumped their record up to 4-0. As for DASH, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-2.
Coincidentally, the two teams will both be playing Chatham HomeSchool the next time they take the court. New Life Camp will head out to face Chatham HomeSchool at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday, while DASH will host them at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
