Medgar Evers College Prep's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Joshua Edwards, who dropped a double-double on 19 points and 14 rebounds. The match was Edwards' seventh in a row with at least ten points. Another player making a difference was Dejon Williams, who scored 13 points along with eight rebounds.
Medgar Evers College Prep pushed their record up to 12-2 with that victory, which was their fourth straight on the road.
