Michael Anthony's Big Game Can't Quite Lead Cortez over Camp Verde
Starting off the list is Cortez's Michael Anthony, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. Anthony rushed for 200 yards and two touchdowns while picking up 10.0 yards per carry. He really tore up the turf during one magnificent 77-yard run.
Anthony must have Camp Verde's number; he was a force to be reckoned with the last time he faced them too. Anthony rushed for 127 yards and two touchdowns on only 12 carries the last time he and the Cowboys duked it out back in October of 2023.
