After failing to score in their last matchup, Holmes made sure to put some goals up on the board against Bear Grass Charter on Wednesday. They put the hurt on the Bears with a sharp 8-2 victory. Holmes might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 11 games by three goals or more this season.

Kate Foster and Emma Parrish scored all eight of Holmes' goals, bringing their combined season tally to 75 goals.

Holmes' win bumped their record up to 12-9-1. As for Bear Grass Charter, they have been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last seven contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-9-1 record this season.

Holmes will square off against Hertford County at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. Holmes are facing Hertford County at the right time seeing as Hertford County are stuck on a 13-game losing streak. Bear Grass Charter does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
