Triton waltzed into their matchup on Tuesday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They never let the E.E. Smith Golden Bulls get on the board and left with a 10-0 victory. The Hawks might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won three games by ten runs or more this season.

Berkley Campbell and Kelsey Matthews did most of the damage at the plate: Campbell scored a run while going 3-for-3, while Matthews scored two runs while going 2-for-2. Addie Stanley was another key player, scoring a run while going 2-for-3.

Triton was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .480. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as E.E. Smith only posted a batting average of .062.

Triton's win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 5-1. The wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 3.7 runs on average over those games. As for E.E. Smith, they are on a five-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-2.

Triton has already played their next contest, a 6-5 victory against Lee County on the 13th. As for E.E. Smith, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next match, a 17-0 loss against Triton on the 14th.
