She looked comfortable on the mound, striking out seven batters over 2.2 innings while giving up just one earned (and two unearned) runs off two hits. Zulkowski was also stellar in the batter's box, going 2-for-4 with one home run, three runs, and three RBI.
In other batting news, Maria Castro and Aubrie Monaghan did most of the damage at the plate: Castro scored three runs and stole three bases while getting on base in all five of her plate appearances, while Monaghan scored two runs and stole two bases while going 3-for-4.
