Brick Township scored the most  runs they've had all season to find success  on Wednesday. They put the hurt on the Neptune Scarlet Fliers with a sharp  13-2 victory. The team's explosion at the plate also rewarded Brick Township with their most commanding win of the  season.
  Pat Shave looked comfortable as he  pitched three innings while giving up   no  earned runs or  hits.
 At the plate,  David Marcus was  incredible,  scoring two  runs and  stealing two bases while  getting on base  in three of his five plate appearances. Another player making a difference was  Nick Newcombe, who  scored two  runs and  stole three bases.
 The  win  made it two in a row for Brick Township and  bumps their season record up to 10-12. As for Neptune, their loss dropped their record down to 2-18.
 As of now, neither Brick Township nor Neptune have any future games scheduled.
